Shipping is normally via United Parcel Service (UPS),or the United States Postal Service (USPS) when necessary. Using a customer's shipping account, other shipping companies may also be used, please contact Nordstrom's Factory Performance for more information.
 

All orders after 1:00 p.m. CST will not be shipped until the following day when in stock. Your credit card may be charged on the day you place the order.

All Engine Packages are built to order which require an estimated 10 business day build time before shipment. Harnesses if out of stock usually take 10 business days. All Dakota Digital and VIntage Air products are built to order and take up to one week to ship under most circumstances. This is an estimated time-frame and is not a guarantee that items will ship within these time frames due to unexpected delays. Backorders may not be known at time of order, if a backorder arises we will attempt to contact you as soon as any issues are known. Shipping and Handling will not be reimbursed due to product backorders every attempt will be made to ship the product as quickly as possible.

If a extended shipping delay is known a email will be sent to you stating an estimated date of completion. This is a estimated time-frame and is not a guarantee will ship within this time-frame.

Any correction to your shipping address once shipped will incur an additional charge of $15.00 per correction.

Any returned, refused or undeliverable packages will incur the actual shipping fees of the order and are not refundable. Packages shipped with "Special Shipping" or "Free Shipping" will incur actual shipping costs if returned, refused or undeliverable. Reshipping returned, refused or undeliverable packages will incur the shipping costs of reshipping order.

Nordstrom's Factory Performance may request a Credit Card Authorization Form to be filled out and sent back before your order will ship. Nordstrom's Factory Performance may request this information at anytime before the order has shipped.

Nordstrom's Factory Performance reserves the right to refuse shipment to address' that are not the same as the Billing Address.

Nordstrom's Factory Performance will ship to Foreign Countries listed via US Postal Service or UPS. The default shipping company is with US Postal Service unless specified when ordering, fees will be emailed to you once your order has been accepted. Nordstrom's Factory Performancewill ship to countries listed below:
