Nordstrom's Factory Performance offers a 15 day return policy from purchase date. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and reviewable upon receipt of product in question. All products must be returned in like new condition as manufactured.

Unfortunately Nordstrom's Factory Performance cannot accept returns on any custom built, damaged products or special order items.

There is absolutely no returns on Computer Flashing. If you have a flashing issue we will reflash the same pcm at no charge within 30 days. You must pay shipping.

There are no returns on Engine Packages, Custom Harnesses, or any product that has been pluged in or installed.
