Everyone has looked at something in life and said, “I would love to do that, but I just don’t know where to start”. That is what most people have thought about installing a late model fuel-injected motor and transmission in their project vehicle.

At Nordstrom’s Factory Performance, we have answered that question and a few more too. We are happy you are considering one of our EZ2RUN engine packages as an option to make your project purr as smooth as a kitten. Our wide selection of extremely low mileage used take-out drive trains and factory-new crate motor packages will assure an option may be available for your horsepower and budget needs.

We have unlocked the mystery of running these engines and will deliver to you a EZ2RUN package that is Ready-2-Run. We have tackled the computer issues and you can concentrate on mounting and plumbing this pre-assembled power into your project. The fuel efficient, smooth horsepower offered by today’s motor/transmission combinations will make your ride run like at never has before, and miss a few gas pumps along the way.

Nordstrom’s Factory Performance is a division of Nordstrom’s Automotive Inc. in Garretson , South Dakota . We have been providing quality parts and first class customer service since 1969. That is when Art and Marie Nordstrom started their auto rebuilding and parts business on the family dairy farm. The farm has changed quite a bit since then; now instead of milk and corn Art, Marie, Shannon and their team of awesome employees harvest quality late-model auto parts that are sold to professionals and do-it-yourselfers nationwide. With the addition of Nordstrom’s Factory Performance, we now also harvest horsepower by the bundles.

About us

Nordstrom's Factory Performance has built engine packages for many different vehicles including Limousines for the Vegas strip, Airplanes, Boats and more. Our engine packages can be found at many locations around the world

In this picture are a few of the cars with our engine packages in them. The Chevelle has a Magnacharger blown 6.0 with a 6 speed Tremec Transmission, 4 wheel disc brakes and full Air Ride. The 49 GMC on the right is our own hauler we built to haul our engines to shows. It was built in 2008 and was first seen on the Hot Rod Power Tour just hours after it was finished. It will soon get a much larger power plant. The Impala has our 5.3 automatic package under the hood and gets about 25 mpg. All you have to do is dream it and we can help it come true.

Not only do we have the engine packages, we also carry the parts to get the package in the car and the car on the road. We carry Vintage Air, Air Ride Technologies, Dakota Digital, Spectre Air Intakes, Griffin Radiators, Rock Valley Fuel Tanks, and many more products to help you. All of our EZ2RUN Engine packages are built in house one at a time and test run before they leave. The harnesses are built in our shop and the computers tuned here as well. When you order a package it is ready to run with the parts you ordered already installed. If you add a Vintage Air Front Runner kit and Headers they will be the first thing on the engine you see as you lift the lid on the crate.
